During my year-long tenure at Reframe, I had the honor of working on a Times Square billboard ad with our product designer. I wrote the five lines of copy that appear in the dark blue section of the advertisement. The goal of this ad, which went live in November 2023, was to build brand awareness by establishing Reframe's authority and showcasing the app's features.

During my time on Reframe's content team, I spearheaded our email marketing efforts and maintained a 37.15% average open rate among 1.8 million subscribers. All of the three emails here were ghostwritten by me. The first shares an announcement on behalf of Reframe's co-founder and CEO, the second urges the user to schedule a feedback call with Reframe's operations manager, and the third introduces a new event within the app.
